Residential building with a garage and underground garages. The building was built in the old part of Ovcha Kupel, 31 Naroden Geroy Str. The building was put into operation with permit for use № DK - 07 - С - 33 of 20.02.2017.
General information
The property is located in Ovcha Kupel quarter, Sofia, Surveyed Land Plot VIII-96, quarter 34, Sofia.
The entrance to the building is from Naroden Geroy Street. There also is an access ramp that serves the underground garage. In addition, there is provided access to an above-ground double garage and two parking spaces on the ground.
Function-wise, the building was designed for residential construction with a garage and underground garages and the levels have been utilized as follows:

The construction of the building is massive, with reinforced concrete beams and columns. The exterior walls are filled with bricks, onto which an efficient thermal insulation of 10 cm has been put according to the HVAC project and energy efficiency calculations.
The construction height of the basement is 3.20m and for the residential part is 2.80m constructive and 2.60m light.
The facades are shaped with one kind of colored silicate plaster type according to the volume-spatial visualization. The ground floor is shaped with a stone plight of an antiqued limestone.
